📦 Shipping & Returns
Processing time: Orders are typically shipped within 5–7 business days. Original artworks may require additional time for safe packaging.
Shipping carriers: We use trusted carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) with tracking on every order.
International shipping: Available. Customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns: All sales of original artwork are final. Prints and merchandise may be returned within 14 days if they arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us with photos so we can resolve the issue.
🎨 Custom Orders
Stacey accepts a limited number of commissions each year.
Custom orders may include cityscapes, drawings, or special sizes of existing works.
A non-refundable deposit (30–50%) is required to begin a custom piece.

🖼️ Care Instructions for Artworks & Prints
Original Paintings: Keep away from direct sunlight, high humidity, and extreme temperature changes. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Drawings: Frame under UV-protective glass for longevity.
Prints: Handle with clean hands or gloves. Frame promptly to avoid creasing or moisture damage.
General Tip: Avoid hanging any artwork in bathrooms or near heat sources.
