In this painting, I was thinking of water as both boundary and invitation. The shapes move like waves meeting the shore, edges bending and overlapping the way light shifts across a tide pool. Layers of turquoise, violet, and green create a sense of depth, as if looking beneath the surface, while the white arcs suggest foam or the fleeting line where sea and sand collide. It’s a piece about rhythm and flow, about how landscapes transform when you pause to see them more closely.
