In this print, I want the viewer to stand with her on a cold Chicago platform, bundled in her coat, waiting for the train. The etched lines capture both the stillness of her figure and the texture of the city around her—gritty, layered, alive with movement just beyond the frame. It’s a quiet, ordinary moment, yet one that holds the weight of routine, solitude, and the small stories that make up urban life.
